Cebu City once again ranks first in a survey for the Top 50 emerging global outsourcing destinations conducted by Global Services and Tholons.

Cebu City also ranked first place in 2008, and is the only city from the Philippines that maintained its ranking. In 2007, Cebu City ranked fourth.

Cebu City also ranks as a top outsourcing choice for English contact center, Finance and Accounting, Human Resource functions, and Legal Services.
